Requirements and limits per level are configured for each MSB. Limits per window: [A DEFINIR em contrato]. Compliance runs automatically; there is no compliance API. You see the result in the status and level of the sender.

Rules

  • A sender is an individual or a business. Individuals must be 18 or older.
  • Registering is idempotent by your external ID. Sending the same sender twice returns the existing record.
  • Accepted documents: passport, driver’s license, ID, consular ID, SSN, ITIN, EIN, other.
  • Document numbers are never shown in full. Only the last 4 digits.
  • Updating a document with a different number replaces the previous one and keeps the audit trail.
  • The portal and API show the current level and what is missing for the next level. Limits used and available are shown in Limits.
What you do
  • Register the sender with complete data before the first withdrawal.
  • Check what is missing for the next level when a sender needs higher limits.
