ON_HOLD — Under compliance review
- What happened: Sanctions screening or AML rules flagged the remittance for manual review, at creation or during screening, before FX.
- What LB Pay does: Reviews the case. Approves it (
PROCESSING) or declines it (REJECTED). - What you do: Wait. The reason is not shared. Support may contact you for information.
PROCESSING — Waiting for confirmation (FX or Pix)
- What happened: A response did not arrive in time. A timeout is not a failure: the step stays in
PROCESSING. - What LB Pay does: Confirms the result. A step only becomes
FAILEDorEXPIREDafter LB Pay confirms it was not executed, and a Pix is never repeated before that. - What you do: Do not resend or create a new remittance. Wait for the final status.
PROCESSING — Funding retrying
- What happened: FX was contracted, but a funding attempt failed.
- What LB Pay does: Keeps retrying until funding is confirmed. The funding sub-status shows
RETRYING. - What you do: Do not resend. For
PREFUNDED, check that the USD balance in the US is available.
FUNDS_HELD_BRL — Funds held in BRL
- What happened: FX was contracted, but the Pix failed definitively or the key holder did not match the beneficiary.
- What LB Pay does: Keeps the amount in BRL. The FX is not reversed. Follows the operational procedure.
- What you do: Contact LB Pay support to define the next step.
RETURNED — Pix returned
- What happened: After
COMPLETED, the Pix was returned by the receiving side. - What LB Pay does: Credits the returned amount to the BRL Wallet.
- What you do: Check the beneficiary’s details with the sender.
